In one, he filed a lawsuit and appealed its dismissal, knowing the suit was groundless to begin
with; in the second case, he failed to appear at an arraignment on behalf of his client and failed to
refund any money as promised; in the third case, he again failed to refund money after agreeing
to do so; and in the fourth case, he commingled personal funds with his client's.
