Public censure on October 29, 1992. While employed as an Assistant District Attorney, he filed
a series of falsified reports to the police and the District Attorney's office misrepresenting that he
had been the victim of threats of physical violence vandalism and assault. During the
investigation by the District Attorney and police, he was confronted with a number of
inconsistencies, at which point he admitted the reported acts of violence were untrue.
