Suspended by order entered January 21, 1994, from May 26, 1993 to November 24, 1993. His
law license had already been temporarily suspended for this period of time for failure to respond
to complaints filed against him. He was charged with neglecting clients' legal matters, failing to
communicate with clients, and failure to communicate with the Board regarding these matters.
He submitted a conditional guilty plea to the petition for discipline.
