Disbarred by order entered July 17, 1989, after being temporarily suspended from practice since
February 3, 1989. He misappropriated $90,000 of a client's money for his own personal use,
having been granted the power of attorney in a real estate matter. In a separate matter, he
commingled the funds and properties of an estate and trust with his own personal funds and
converted at least $100,000 for his own use. He agreed to accept disbarment rather than go
through a hearing.
