Public censure on January 15, 1991. While representing the husband in a contested divorce, he
became financially involved regarding property interests of the parties to the divorce; failed to
take appropriate action to rectify his relationship regarding this financial interest; and then
subsequently failed to appropriately withdraw from his representation of his client when a
conflict of interest was created.
