GOODLETTSVILLE ATTORNEY PLACED 0N DISABILITY

On August 1, 1990, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an order
transferring the law license of walter E. Sloan II, of Goodlettsville,
Tennessee, to disability inactive status. Section 21, Rule 9, Rules of
the Supreme Court, provides that if a lawyer is so incapacitated that he
cannot adequately practice law, the lawyer’s license may be transferred
to disability inactive status. In this case, Mr. Sloan agreed to the
transfer. Mr. Sloan may have his license reinstated upon showing that
his disability no longer exists.
