Suspended for a definite period of three (3) months and one (1) day, plus an indefinite period of
time thereafter until he complied with certain conditions, by order entered October 4, 1988. He
failed to handle a legal matter entrusted to him with competence and zeal and failed to keep his
client advised of the progress and status of the legal matter. Further, he was found to have
deceived his client as to the dismissal of her lawsuit.
