ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Reinstatement filed on June 6,
2013, by the Petitioner, Michael D. Kellum; upon an Answer to the Petition filed by the
Board of Professional Responsibility ("Board") on July 8, 2013; upon a hearing held
before a Hearing Panel on December 5, 2013; upon the Report and Recommendation of
the Hearing Panel entered on January 10, 2014; upon consideration and approval by the
Board on January 17, 2014; upon agreement by the parties that they will not seek appeal;
and upon the entire record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the recommendation of the Hearing Panel.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court:
1. The Petitioner, Michael D. Kellum, is hereby reinstated to the practice of
law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 19.'
2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Mr. Kellum shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$1,020.00, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
