NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Matthew Fort Mayo, a Nashville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on June 3, 2010. Mr. Mayo was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order of the Supreme Court on April 16, 2010, for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct.
On April 28, 2010, Mr. Mayo filed a Petition for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension. On May 28,
2010, a Hearing Panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility recommended that the temporary
suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of
June 3, 2010.
