WILSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Gary Wayne Vandever has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the Tennessee Supreme
Court entered January 7, 2009. Mr. Vandever was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of
the Supreme Court on December 1, 2008, for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct. Following his
suspension, Mr. Vandever filed a Petition for Dissolution of the Temporary Suspension and a hearing was
conducted on December 22, 2008. On December 29, 2008, a Hearing Panel entered a recommendation that the
temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Court’s
Order of January 7, 2009.
