ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary
Suspension Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3(b), filed by Brennan Patrick Lenihan
on February 2, 2018; upon the Boardâs response filed on February 7, 2017; upon a
hearing held on February 16, 2018; upon the Report and Recommendation of the Boardâs
panel entered on February 16, 2018; and upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment
of Costs entered by the panel on February 21, 2018.
From all of which the Court approves the panelâs Report and Recommendation
and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the same as this
Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:
1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Brennan Patrick Lenihan by
Order of Temporary Suspension entered January 30, 2018, is hereby dissolved.
2. Brennan Patrick Lenihan shall reimburse the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $228.05 within
ninety (90) days, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all
of which execution shall issue if necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
