ORDER or REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7, upon a
Petition for Reinstatement to Active Status from Disability Inactive Status filed by the
Petitioner, Keith Lane Edmiston. Mr. Edmiston’s law license was moved to disability
inactive status by Order of this Court on December 2, 2013. The Board of Professional
Responsibility’s Response to the Petition for Reinstatement to Active Status from
Disability Inactive Status filed herein notes no objection to the Petition.

From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement to Active Status
from Disability inactive Status.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. The Petitioner, Keith Lane Edmiston, is hereby reinstated to the active
practice of law in the State ofTennessee pursuant to Tenn._ Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).

2. Mr. Edmiston shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
