The above complaint was ï¬led against James D. R. Roberts, Jr., #017537, an attorney

licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of nï¬scOnduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup.

Ct. R. 9, the Board ofProfessional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on June

8, 2018.

While Mr. Roberts was serving a six~month suspension from the practice oflaw, he worked

for a mailing service called YourDemandLetters.eom, which provided mailing services for his law

ï¬rm. He utilized his law ï¬rm email address to communicate with a client and furnish the client -
