MEMPHIS LAWYER REINSTATED
Marvin Posner, a Memphis attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on October 1, 2010. Mr. Posner was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on September 8, 2010, for failing to respond to a complaint
of misconduct. On September 15, 2010, Mr. Posner filed a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary
Suspension. A hearing was conducted on September 28, 2010. On September 28, 2010, the Hearing Panel
recommended that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved
pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs October 1, 2010 Order.
