MEMPHIS LAWYER’S SUSPENSION DISSOLVED BY SUPREME COURT

John Lewis Dolan, a Memphis attorney, has had his temporary suspension dissolved by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 8, 2008. Mr. Dolan was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order filed November 21, 2007 for Mr. Dolan’s failure to respond to a complaint of misconduct. On
June 23, 2008, Mr. Dolan filed a Petition for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension. A hearing was
conducted on July 21, 2008. On August 7, 2008, the Hearing Panel entered its recommendation that Mr.
Dolan’s temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme
Court’s Order of September 8, 2008.
