DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On July 8, 2016, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Joseph Paul Calandriello to the practice of
law. Mr. Calandriello had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on April 1, 2015, for a period of
three (3) years, consisting of eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days served as active suspension, and the
remainder to be served on probation. Mr. Calandriello filed a Petition for Reinstatement on April 1, 2016,
pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) (2014). The Board of Professional Responsibility
found that the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
