TENNESSEE LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered June 3, 2026, the law license of attorney Harvey
Randolph Fallin, a resident of Tallahassee, Florida, was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to
Section 27.4 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9.
Mr. Fallin cannot practice law while on disability inactive status and shall comply with the requirements
of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 28, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of attorneys
transferred to disability inactive status. Mr. Fallin may return to the active practice of law by filing a petition in
accordance with Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 27.7 and the entry of an order by the Tennessee
Supreme Court granting the petition.
