BOWLING GRFEN ATTORNEY PLACED ON DISABILITY
On January 21, 2005, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order transferring the
law license of Stephen B. Catron, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, to disability inactive status.
Section 21, Rule 9, Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court, provides that if a lawyer is so
incapacitated that he cannot adequately practice law, his law license may be transferred to
disability inactive status. In this case, Mr. Catron petitioned the Court for an Order of
Voluntary Transfer to Disability inactive Status, and the Board of Professional Responsibility
agreed to such transfer. Mr. Catron may have his license reinstated upon showing that his
disability no longer exists.
