Public censure on April 4, 1983. He paid his annual registration fee to the Board with a personal
check that was returned for insufficient funds. He submitted another check, drawn on his escrow
account, which was also returned for insufficient funds. An audit revealed that he commingled
personal funds with trust monies; however, he did not use clients' funds for personal use.
