Suspended for two (2) years by order entered August 28, 1997, with all time suspended except
for ninety (90) days beginning November 1, 1997, and the remainder served on probation
conditioned upon Jones' complying with certain conditions. In 1989, he allowed a client to
deposit sums of money into his trust account, which allowed the client the potential to lend
credibility to the client's business ventures to third parties.
