DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On January 23, 2023, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Dana L. Nero to the practice of law.
Ms. Nero had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on October 7, 2022, for failing to respond to
the Board concerning a complaint of misconduct. On January 9, 2023, Ms. Nero filed a Petition to Lift
Temporary Suspension pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 12.3. The Board acknowledged
that the reason for Ms. Neroâs temporary suspension had been resolved, and the Tennessee Supreme Court
issued its Order Dissolving Temporary Suspension.
