KNOXVILLE LAWYER TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

On February 12, 2010, the Supreme Court of Tennessee temporarily suspended the law license of
Robert Leo McReynolds, III, of Knoxville, Tennessee, pursuant to Section 4.3 of Rule 9 of the Rules of the
Tennessee Supreme Court. The Board of Professional Responsibility petitioned the Court to temporarily
suspend Mr. McReynolds’ law license because he failed to respond to a disciplinary complaint of ethical
misconduct.

The Order precludes Mr. McReynolds from accepting any new cases as of February 12, 2010. Mr.
McReynolds may continue to represent existing clients until March 15, 2010. After March 15, 2010, Mr.
McReynolds shall not maintain a presence or occupy an office where the practice of law is conducted. Mr.
McReynolds shall take such action as is necessary to cause the removal of any indicia of lawyer, counselor at
law, legal assistant, law clerk, or similar title.

The Order requires Mr. McReynolds to notify all clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel in pending
matters of the Supreme Court’s Order suspending his law license.

This suspension remains in effect until dissolution or modification by the Supreme Court. Mr.
McReynolds may for good cause request dissolution or modification of this suspension by petition to the
Supreme Court of Tennessee.
