Public censure on October 7, 1986. He represented a husband and wife in some real estate
purchases. The interest of the two parties became divergent, but Thompson continued to
represent both. He relied upon instructions from the husband, to the wife's detriment. In
addition, he commingled with his personal fund trust monies from the sale of some of the
property.
