Suspended for two (2) years by order entered July 10, 1991, commencing retroactively to
November 22, 1988, with immediate reinstatement effective July 10, 1991. The suspension was
a result of two complaints which had been held in abeyance while he was on Disability Inactive
Status. After his license was reinstated from Disability Inactive Status, he entered a conditional
guilty plea relative to the two complaints, which was accepted, approved and adopted by the
Court.
