LOUDON ATTORNEY’S LAW LICENSE TRANSFERRED TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

On March 17, 2008, the law license of Craig J. Donaldson, who last practiced law in Loudon County,
was transferred by the Supreme Court of Tennessee to Disability Inactive Status, pursuant to Rule 9, Sec. 21.2
of the Rules of the Supreme Court. Mr. Donaldson alleged that he is incapacitated from continuing to practice
law. Disciplinary Counsel concurred in the transfer.

Mr. Donaldson cannot practice law while he is on Disability Inactive Status. If he wants to return to the
practice of law, he cannot do so automatically. He must file a petition for reinstatement and said petition must
be approved by a hearing committee of the Board of Professional Responsibility, as well as the Supreme Court
of Tennessee.
