Public censure on February 16, 1993. The censure was a result of two complaints. In one
matter, he failed to file an appellate brief (even though he had been given additional time to file
the brief) and his client's appeal was dismissed. In the other matter, he received full payment to
prepare a will for an elderly client but failed to prepare it for 6 months. The will he finally
prepared was unsuitable and the client employed another attorney to prepare the will.
