PUBLIC CENSURE .
The above complaint was ï¬led against Arthur Wayne Henry, #9484, an attorney licensed
to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, .
â the Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on March 9, 2018.
Mr. Henry was hired to represent his client in a domestic case and failed to take any action -
on the case to protect his clientâs interests for over two months. Mr. Henry has issued his client a
complete refund. However, Mr. Henryâs conduct in this case is consistent with the pattern of
neglecting client matters that has resulted in prior public discipline.
By the aforementioned ' acts, Arthur Wayne Henry has violated Rule of Professional
Conduct 1.3 (diligence), 1.4 (communication), and 3.2 (expediting litigation) and is hereby
Publicly Censured for these violations.
