ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7, upon a
Petition for Reinstatement Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27.7, filed on April
23, 2019, by the Petitioner, Lovemore Nyashadzashe Gororo. Mr. Gororo’s law license
was transferred to disability inactive status by Order of this Court on September 26, 2018.
The Board of Professional Responsibility’s Response to the Petition for Reinstatement of
Law License was filed noting no objection to the Petition for Reinstatement.

From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

1. The Petitioner, Lovemore Nyashadzashe Gororo, is hereby reinstated to the
practice of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).

2. Mr. Gororo shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
