On February 4, 2014, the Court entered an Order of Temporary Suspension
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9 § 4.3 1 , suspending the law license of Lee Michael
Sprouse due to Mr. Sprouse's failure to respond to the Board of Professional
Responsibility concerning a complaint of misconduct. On February 13, 2014, Mr.
Sprouse filed a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary Order of Suspension. On March 4,
2014, a hearing was conducted before a three-member Hearing Panel of the Board of
Professional Responsibility.
On March 4, 2014, the Hearing Panel entered its Report and Recommendation that
the Order of Temporary Suspension be dissolved. A copy of the Report and
Recommendation of the 4.3 Hearing Panel is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that:
1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Lee Michael Sprouse by Order of
Temporary Suspension filed February 4, 2014, shall be dissolved.
2. Mr. Sprouse shall reimburse and pay to the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $588.44 and
shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all of which execution
shall issue, if necessary.

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE PANEL
A Pane) of the Board of Professional Responsibility convened on March 4, 2014 on the
Petition for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension of Lee Michael Sprouse flied
pursuant to Rule 9 Section 4.3 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
After considering the statements of counsel and the Petitioner, the Panel finds that
Petitioner has shown good cause for dissolution of the Order of Temporary Suspension.
The Petitioner has responded to the Board of Professional Responsibility concerning a
complaint of misconduct and has compiled with Section 18 of Rule 9.
The Panel further finds that Disciplinary Counsel for the Board of Professional
Responsibility has no objection to the dissolution of the Order.
Accordingly, the Panel recommends that the Order of Temporary Suspension of Lee
Michael Sprouse be dissolved.
