Public censure on September 29, 1992. He was hired and fully paid in August 1991 to file a
divorce action. He failed to prepare the divorce complaint and marital dissolution agreement
until October 1991. His client and her spouse signed the marital dissolution agreement in
October 1991, but Wood failed to file the complaint and agreement until May 1992. He obtained
a court date for August 17, 1992 but he failed to appear without notifying his client or the court.
The divorce was granted at a subsequent hearing and Wood refunded his attorney fee.
