ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

On August 13, 2014, this Court entered an Order of Temporary Suspension
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3, suspending the law license of John Stephen
Anderson due to his failure to respond to the Board of Professional Responsibility
concerning a complaint of misconduct. On September 19, 2014, Mr. Anderson filed a
Petition to Lift and/or Set Aside Temporary Suspension. On October 3, 2014, a hearing
was held before a three-member hearing panel of the Board of Professional
Responsibility.

On October 10, 2014, the hearing panel entered its Report and Recommendation.
Further, on October 24, 2014, the hearing panel entered its Additional Report and
Recommendation recommending that the Temporary Suspension be dissolved. Copies of
the Report and Recommendation and the Additional Report and Recommendation are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The temporary suspension imposed upon John Stephen Anderson by Order
of Temporary Suspension entered August 13, 2014, is hereby dissolved.

2. Mr. Anderson shall reimburse the Board of Professional Responsibility the
costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $352.21 within ninety (90) days,
and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all of which
execution shall issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
