Suspended for five (5) years by order entered April 1, 1987. While representing a criminal
defendant, he attempted to cause the principal witness against the client to change his testimony,
using threats and an offer to bribe in doing so. He had been on interim suspension since January
11, 1985 following his conviction of felonious solicitation to commit perjury. On July 11, 1990,
the Court entered an order stating his five (5) year suspension should commence as of January
11, 1985 instead of April 1, 1987.
