PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was ï¬led against Richard Koroakov; an attomoy licensed to practice law

in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to T611111. Sup. Ct. IR. 9, the Board of

Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on June 10, 2016.

Mr. Korsakov failed to dï¬igenï¬y represent his client in a divorce action and failed to

adoquateiy communicate with his client, during the representation. ML Korsakov failed to appear in

court for a scheduled hearing which resulted in an adverse oiling against his client;

By those acts, Richard Korsakov has violated Ruies of Professional Conduct 1.3 (diligence),

1.4 (communication), and 8.401) (misconduct) and he is hereby Publicly Censored for these
