Suspended for one (1) year by order entered January 26, 1998. He failed to respond to the
Board's inquiry regarding an overdraft of his trust account, despite numerous notices and
requests; thus, it appeared that he had misappropriated trust funds for his own use. Smith failed
to appear at the hearing held on September 23, 1997.
