Suspended for three (3) years by order entered May 2, 2000. He abandoned his law practice
without notice to his clients. He did not finish his clients' cases nor did he refer their cases to
other attorneys. He failed to adequately communicate with his clients and did not respond to
complaints to the Board. As a result of his failure to respond, his law license was temporarily
suspended on January 7, 1999. Johnson filed no answer to the Petition for Discipline filed by the
Board and he did not appear at the hearing in the matter.
