MEMPHIS LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Michael Latimore, a Memphis attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 11, 2008. Mr. Latimore was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on May 2, 2008, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On June 23, 2008, Mr. Latimore filed a Petition for Dissolution of the Temporary Suspension.
A hearing was conducted on July 30, 2008. On August 15, 2008, a Hearing Panel entered a recommendation
that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the
Supreme Courtâs Order of September 11, 2008.
