NOTICE OF RECIPROCAL DISCIPLINE

Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 25.2, provides that upon receiving
information that discipline was imposed in another jurisdiction, notice shall be issued
directing the attorney to inform this Court why the imposition of identical discipline in
Tennessee would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor.

You are, therefore, ORDERED to inform this Court within thirty (30) days of your
receipt of this Notice why reciprocal discipline of public censure with conditions as specified
in the Order of Reprimand With Conditions should not be imposed in Tennessee predicated
upon the grounds set forth in Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 25.4. In the absence of a response
demonstrating the grounds set forth in Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 25.4, the Supreme Court of
Tennessee will impose a discipline with identical terms and conditions based upon the
attached certified copy of the Order of Reprimand With Conditions entered by the Attorney
Disciplinary Board for the State of Michigan on April 10, 2024, in Grievance Administrator,
Attorney Grievance Commission v. Shaheen I. Imami, Case No. 24-19-GA. (Exhibit A).

This matter is before the panel upon the fiiing of Formal Complaint 24-19-GA, charging that
respondent has committed acts of professional misconduct warranting discipline. The Grievance
Administrator and respondent have submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant
to MCR 9,115(F)(5), The panel has reported Its findings and conclusions as to misconduct and
discipline;

NOW THEREFORE,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties' Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline, filed February
27, 2024, is APPROVED. Respondent's no contest plea to the factual allegations and allegations
of professional misconduct, as set forth in the formal complaint, are ACCEPTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent is hereby REPRIMANDED, effective MAY 2,
2024,

T 15 FURTHER ORDERED that respondent is subject to the following conditi

a. Successful completion of the State Bar of Michigan's (SBM)
"Lawyer Trust Accounts Seminar: ivlanagernent Principles &
Recordkeeping Resources," with proof of said cornpletion
being provided to the Grievance Administrator; and

Successful completion of SBM's "Tips and Tools for a
Successful Practice" seminar, with proof of said completion
being provided to the Grievance Administrator.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before Nlav 2, 2024, pay casts in
the amount of $1,434.46. Please refer to the attached cost payment instruction sheet for method
and forrns of payment accepted.
