KINGSTON LAWYER REINSTATED BY TENNESSEE SUPREME COURT
Spence R. Bruner, a Kingston attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 10, 2008. Mr. Bruner was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court on January 29, 2008, for failing to substantially
comply with a Tennessee Lawyerâs Assistance Program (TLAP) monitoring agreement. On June 23, 2008,
Mr. Bruner filed a Motion for Dissolution of the Order of Temporary Suspension. A Hearing was conducted
on July 25, 2008. On August 6, 2008, the Hearing Panel entered a recommendation that the Temporary
Suspension be dissolved. The Temporary Suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Tennessee Supreme
Courtâs Order of September 10, 2008.
