Public censure on December 28, 1992. He moved his office, did not notify his clients of the
move, did not obtain a phone at his new address, and disconnected his prior phone. Clients had
considerable difficulty communicating with him and were, therefore, not advised of the status of
their cases. He did not respond to the complaints filed with the Board for a considerable period
of time and was almost suspended for failure to respond.
