NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
On May 7, 2002, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order reinstating the law
license of James P. Wilson.
On April 1, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order temporarily suspending
the law license of Mr. Wilson for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct and thereby
posing a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public. On approximately April 11, 2002,
Mr. Wilson filed a Petition to Vacate Temporary Suspension. On April 29, 2002, a hearing
panel heard Mr. Wilsonâs petition and found that Mr. Wilson had since responded to the
complaint, and recommended that Mr. Wilsonâs temporary suspension be dissolved.
The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered Mr. Wilsonâs temporary suspension be dissolved
on May 7, 2002.
