Disbarred by order entered August 19, 1997. He pled guilty on December 3, 1993 of knowingly
making false statements to banks and for unauthorized and improperly securing investment of
escrow funds on three occasions. He had been voluntarily suspended since February 19, 1993
and was temporarily suspended by the Board on December 15, 1993. He filed a conditional
guilty plea where, by agreement, his disbarment period began February 19, 1993.
