ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Reinstatement filed on May 23,
2014, by the Petitioner, Ramsdale O'DeNeal, Jr.; upon an Answer to the Petition filed by
the Board ofProfessional Responsibility ("Board")on June 26, 2014; upon a hearing held
before a Hearing Panel on October 21, 2014; upon the Judgment of the Hearing Panel
entered on November 21, 2014; upon consideration and approval by the Board on
December 12, 2014; upon notification that the Petitioner is now in good standing with
Tennessee Department of Revenue; upon agreement by the parties that they will not seek
appeal; and upon the entire record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the Judgment of the Hearing Panel,
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:
1. The Petitioner, Ramsdale O'DeNeal, Jr, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, ยง30.4 (d).
2. Mr. O'DeNeal shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein
within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
