AMENDED ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed on June 10, 2021, by the Petitioner, Mark Steven Graham.
Mr. Graham was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court on February
11, 2021. On October 19, 2021, the Findings and Judgment was entered. The Hearing Panel
Findings and Judgment was considered and approved by the Board on December 10, 2021.
From all of which the Court approves the Hearing Panel Findings and Judgment and
adopts the same as this Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
BY THE COURT:
1.
The Petitioner, Mark Steven Graham, is hereby reinstated to the practice of
law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), subject to the
following conditions:
a. Mr. Graham shall comply with his monitoring agreement with the
Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program (TLAP) and follow any and all
recommendations of TLAP. He shall authorize TLAP to communicate
with the Board regarding his compliance.
b. Mr. Graham, at his cost, shall engage the services of a Practice Monitor
for the duration of his probation who shall be selected and approved in
accordance with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.9(c). The Practice Monitor shall
meet with Mr. Graham monthly and assess Mr. Grahamâs compliance
with the conditions of discipline, probation and reinstatement, trust
account rules, accounting procedures and office management procedures
and provide a monthly written report of Mr. Grahamâs progress to
Disciplinary Counsel.

Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 31.3, Mr. Graham shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$770.00 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein within ninety (90)
days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
3.
The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
