ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Reinstatement filed on
August 5, 2013, by the Petitioner, Bruce H. Guthrie, II; upon an Answer to Petition for
Reinstatement filed by the Board of Professional Responsibility ("Board") on
September 4, 2013; upon a hearing held before a Hearing Panel on February 13, 2014;
upon the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment entered on June 24, 2014;
upon consideration and approval by the Board on July 18, 2014; upon agreement by the
parties that they will not seek appeal; and upon the entire record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the recommendation of the Hearing Panel.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
COURT:
1. The Petitioner, Bruce H. Guthrie, II, is hereby reinstated to the practice of
law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 191
2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Mr. Guthrie shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$1,632.65, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11(2014).
