PUBLIC CENSURE
The above compiaint was filed against Robert Lae Maï¬Ã©lw, an attorney licensed to
practice law in Temessee, imaging certain acts of misconduct. Pm'suam to Supreme Court Rule
9, the Board 0f Professional Rasponsibiiity oomidered these matters at its meeting on September
9, 201 1 .
Raspondént was makar of checks payable to Dollar General in the: amount 91" $51.49 and
WabMart Stores in the ameï¬nt of âï¬imv, waha-mm on the Raspondwtâs IOLTA trust account
which were rammed by the bank due to imxiï¬cient funds. The Mpondent had personal funds
and client ï¬mds in the IOLTA aconunt. There were no loss of client funds.
By the aforementioned facts, Robert Lesa Marlow coumingled personal funds with client
funds violating R111; of Profassional Conduct 1.15(a) and (b) (safekeeping property) and is
heresby Publicly Censmâed for this violation.
