ARENDALL, WILLIAM L. BPR # 006079
September 16, 1985 County:Williamson District:6
His disbarment on September 16, 1985 was based upon his Consent to Disbarment. He acted as
guardian and later as the administrator of the Eula Bishop Johnson Estate and as guardian of the
Mary Alice Baxter Estate. He disbursed funds in excess of the amount permitted by law. While
acting in a number of fiduciary capacities regarding the Estates of A. J. Vaughn, J. V. Owens,
and G. C. Morrow and wife, he paid to himself large and clearly excessive sums for which he
failed to account as required by law.
