WILLIAMSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered February 10, 2021, Bradley Michael Carter was
reinstated to the active practice of law.
On October 9, 2020, Mr. Carter was suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for two (2) years
with four (4) months active suspension. Mr. Carter filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law
pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) on January 5, 2021. The Board found the Petition
was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
