LAW LICENSE OF NASHVILLE ATTORNEY SUSPENDED

On August 23, 2006, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order suspending the
law license of Denielle V. Young for a period of one (1) year.

The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Discipline against Young
based upon Young’s pleading guilty to the criminal offense of worthless checks. As a result of
Young’s pleading guilty, the Tennessee Supreme Court agreed to Young’s Conditional Guilty
Plea whereby Young shall receive a one (1) year suspension.

Section 18 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court, requires Young to notify by registered
or certified mail all clients being represented in pending matters; all co-counsel and opposing
counsel of the Supreme Court’s Order suspending her license. Section 18 of Rule 9 also requires
Young to deliver to all clients any papers or property to which they are entitled.

This disciplinary matter was held pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 8 and 9. In
Tennessee, suspended lawyer may after the passage of their suspension, apply for reinstatement
of their law licenses. However, to succeed with reinstatement, these lawyers must carry their
burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence and show that the reinstatement will not be
detrimental to the integrity and standing of the bar or the administration of justice or subversive
to the public interest.
