DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED
On January 23, 2019, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Jamaal L. Boykin to the practice of
law. Mr. Boykin had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on June 19, 2018, for a period of two
(2) years, with six (6) months to be served as an active suspension, and the remainder to be served on probation.
Mr. Boykin filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule
9, Section 30.4(c). The Board found that the Petition was satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement
to the Court.
