ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Gerald
Stanley Green on June 4, 2014; upon Mr. Green's Answer filed October 8, 2014; upon a
hearing held before the Hearing Panel for the Board of Professional Responsibility on
October 13, 2014; upon the Hearing Panel's Judgment of the Hearing Committee entered
on November 20, 2014; upon service of the Hearing Panel's judgment on Mr. Green by
the Executive Secretary for the Board; upon consideration and approval by the Board on
December 12, 2014; upon the time for appeal of the Hearing Panel's judgment having
expired with no appeal taken; and upon the entire record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the Judgment of the Hearing Committee and
adopts the Hearing Panel's judgment as the Court's Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
COURT THAT:
(1) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §4.4 (2006), Gerald Stanley Green is
hereby publicly censured.
(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Mr. Green shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount
of $5,012.76 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within
ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
(3) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published.
